- Preserve fast typed characters batched in the first cell-edit frame.
- Focus the cell editor before processing its first frame of text input.
- Compare installed Windows Excel: title/tab strip, ribbon groups/launchers, collapsed Home groups, File workspace and Korean Format Cells dialog.
- Connect Data Table, Scenario Manager, Advanced Filter, Consolidation and print scale controls to real engine commands.
- Use full 100% cell scale and match the canvas/CSS DPI after resizing.
- Verify all 501 registered functions and 1,878 prefixes through the same editor matcher, plus synthetic engine command cases.
- This is not a claim of full Excel UI or calculation parity; see CELL UP docs/EXCEL_DESKTOP_COMPARISON.md for remaining differences.

Embedded learning sessions use Korean; standalone language preferences remain available. Existing licenses and original interface assets retained.

Phase 87: single native ribbon workspace; text/CSV import and refresh-all route through practice bridge. Mission-specific sheet initialization; saved workbook contents preserved.

2026-10-13 CELL UP function94: Native fx, Shift+F3 and function ribbon commands open the embedded argument editor using all 501 actual engine functions with bounded min/max arguments. Draft/caret/target are preserved without commit; cancel resumes the edit, nested calls preserve outer expressions, and syntax/value preview uses the real WASM parser/calculator. Protected cells, array fragments, pivot/data-table outputs and merged interiors reject writes. Site JSON work files and original licenses retained; no claim of complete Excel function/file/UI parity.

2026-10-13 CELL UP library97: Embedded Insert Shapes menu opens practice shape creation for rectangle, ellipse and rounded rectangle. Native shape objects preserve kind, geometry and macro binding through workbook snapshots. Unassigned shapes are supported before macro creation; right-click binding/execution uses the existing recorded VBA engine. Direct programmatic shape commands retain original behavior. Original assets and upstream licenses retained; no full Excel compatibility claim.

Missing trailing function parentheses are completed; safely removable extra parentheses require explicit acceptance.
